Established in 1993, Deepthi School of Nursing has been successfully functioning for over 32 years. The institute is managed by the Dharshini Educational and Charitable Trust. Originally named Annai Arputham Institute of Diploma in Nursing, the institution is now known as Deepthi School of Nursing.

The institute is approved by the Government of Tamil Nadu under G.O.Ms.No.: 7 dated 03.01.2025 from the Health and Family Welfare Department of Chennai.
